SDF – GLY LC (Low Cloud Point Glycol)

Low-Cloud-Point Glycol for low to medium-salinity fluids and low temperatures. Improves wellbore stability, lubricity and shale stability and extends the temperature stability and High temperature Filtration Control, as well as reduce dilution rates and bit balling.

SDF – GLY MC (Medium Cloud Point Glycol)

Medium-Cloud-Point Glycol for moderate-salinity fluids and high temperatures. Improves wellbore stability, lubricity, high‐temperature filtration control plus reduced dilution rate and bit balling in fresh‐to‐medium salinity and can be used in wells with moderate formation temperatures.

SDF – GLY HC (High Cloud Point Glycol)

Glycol for high-salinity fluids and high temperatures. Improves wellbore stability, lubricity, high‐temperature filtration control plus reduced dilution rate and bit balling in fresh‐to‐high salinity and can be used in wells with high formation temperatures.

SDF – O2S (Oxygen Scavenger)

Oxygen Scavenger is an Ammonium Bi-Sulphite (Oxygen Scavenger) solution which is used for removal of dissolved oxygen in the water phase. The product is applicable in all types off water-based mud systems and workover, completion and packer fluids where it eliminates the oxygen and minimizes corrosion rate.

SDF – ASPHALT (Sulphonated Asphalt)

Sulphonated Asphalt is a shale inhibitor additive, it is a water soluble Sulphonated Asphalt, which stabilizes shale, inhibits dispersion of drilled solids, reduces torque and drag, controls high temperature water loss. It is used as a supplemental high temperature fluid loss additive for water-based drilling fluids system.

SDF – APHALT SP (Sulfonated Asphalt Supreme)

Sulfonated Asphalt Supreme is a shale inhibitor, aids in stabilizing shale sections, controlling solids dispersion and improving wall cake characteristics. Provide high‐temperature fluid‐loss control for water‐base drilling fluid.

SDF – S SIL L (Sodium Silicate Liquid)

Sodium Silicate Liquid is a water-soluble Sodium Silicate liquid which is used as a primary chemical for wellbore stabilization, provides superior chemical inhibition to reactive shales, clay and claystone formations, chalk, and formations interbedded with dispersive clays. Secondary inhibition is achieved with the use of KCl or NaCl.

SDF – P SIL L (Potassium Silicate Liquid)

Potassium Silicate liquid is a water-soluble liquid. It can be used to provide superior chemical inhibition to reactive shales, clay and claystone formations, chalk formations, and formations interbedded with dispersive clays. t does not require additional salt to enhance inhibition, used in environmentally sensitive areas, where chlorides are prohibited from being discharged.

SDF – PHPA (PHPA Powder)

PHPA Powder is a soluble polymer which is primarily used as cutting encapsulation, improved wellbore stability, shale stability, viscosity, friction reducer, a flocculant, Viscosifier and provide some fluid loss and protective colloids for shales and cuttings in fresh water, calcium/sodium brines and KCL mud systems.

SDF – PHPA L (PHPA Liquid) M

PHPA Liquid is aanionic acrylamide dispersion liquid to provide cutting encapsulation and clay‐dispersion inhibition in fresh and saltwater drilling fluids.

SDFC OBM FLC AGENT (natural asphalt)

Natural Asphalt – Sdfc obm flc agent is used to control API and HTHP fluid loss in oil base drilling fluids. Provides filtration control, seal low-pressure and depleted formations, also improves overall emulsion stability, thermal stability and suspension characteristics of oil base mud.
